WHAT IS IN THE MEDICINE?
Multivitamins + Lysine + Iron (Vitalyfe) contains different vitamins (A, B and D3), amino acid (lysine) and mineral (iron) for general good health to promote physical vigor and can help improve stamina during physical activity. The B-complex vitamins (including nicotinamide) help optimize the conversion of food into energy that the body can utilize for numerous bodily or physiological process such as respiration, digestion, blood circulation, immune system response and as fuel for various physical activities. Lysine, also one of the amino acids, is vital one of the amino acids in muscle tissue building. It also plays an essential role in the production of carnitine, a nutrient responsible for converting fatty acids into energy, which helps to lower cholesterol.

HOW MUCH AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU USE THIS MEDICINE?
Take one capsule daily with or without food or as directed by your physician.
WHEN SHOULD YOU NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE?
- If with allergy to any component of this product.
- If any undesirable effects mentioned or other undesirable effects are experienced.
- If you have peptic ulcer, liver disease, gall bladder disease, diabetes mellitus, gout, bleeding problems and pregnancy or lactation that might have a problem with nicotinamide.
- Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) can cause severe peripheral neuropathies (with long-term administration of large doses).
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU MISS A DOSE?
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE?
If overdose is suspected, immediately consult a physician, other healthcare professionals or contact the nearest hospital.
